Calling all seniors

You're Holidays are officially over.............

Your rugby holidays is anyway. and its time to get rid of those well earned summer kilo's

All Seniors are expected back training this thursday by order of the management :)

A fair few of us have been there already availing of junior 7's sessions, so we may as well get a few days ahead of schedule in preparation for a sterling autumn season and a good run in to a potentially gruelling pre season
